Stained Glass & Stone Wall Cut Guide
Brick wall with Stained Glass Windows
** This list is based off the wall I have made. **
** Feel free to use the method on a wall size of your own choosing **
(Sorry to use both metric and imperial, flip your ruler to the other side.)
Wall
Supplies :
Chipboard/paperboard (Recycled cereal boards, snack boxes, sketch pad backing etc)
Cardboard (a large shipping box will do)
Glue
Paint & Paint Brushes
Cutting Tools (Scissors, Rotary Cutter, Ruler)
Cut List:
x70+ Bricks (2"x4")
x40~ Foam Bricks (2cm x 2.5cm)
x4 Foam Bricks (3cm x measure to get this number)
x1 Cardboard Wall
Size List:
Window 8.25" x 3.75"
Wall 18" x 30"
Windows
Supplies :
Doll Packaging or Plexiglass or Sheet Protectors (This is up to you)
Alcohol markers (Water base markers will work but it is not recommended)
Clear glue
Card stock paper
Sandpaper (around 100-120 I think)
Cut List:
x2 Plastic/Acrylic base (10" x 5")
x2 Window patterns (This is up to you to find/design)
Size List:
Window Base 10" x 5" actual Window Pane 8.25" x 3.75"
Stand
Supplies :
Cardboard boxes
(Pizza box works great! Just use the clean side)
Wooden Skewers
Hot Glue
Bookends
Cut List:
x4 (2.75" x 2.75") Squares
x8 (1.25" x 2.75") Rectangles
Size List:
The measurements are for my specific bookends. Check the size of your own and adjust cardboard cuts accordingly.
